Meet Paulette

She is a Professional Coach and a HR Advisor with approx. 30 years of exp. and has used this experience: a) focus on the dev. and growth of individuals and groups either in her current role as Leadership and Career Coach/Advisor
b) her role as a former lead HR in several United Nations World Food Programme -supported countries or c) early career engagements with the Government of Jamaica youth and other development programmes to establish Bridge Excellence Intl., an HR Advisory and Coaching business.

As an Intl. UN staff, Paulette has held leadership roles with team leader resp. for global learning/dev. and performance man. functions in WFP HQ. in Rome, Italy and has been the chief of the Human Resources Man. functions in several countries including North Korea, the Balkans region (Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo), Ethiopia, Djibouti and Turkey.

Paulette’s primary coaching practice is based on the Fielding Evidence-based Coaching Framework underpinned and approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This is the use of the best available knowledge in the field. It integrates knowledge with practitioner expertise; places value on theory, practice and self-awareness; respects the client’s context with grounding in a variety of coaching tools and strategies.

Paulette is a Certified Birkman Professional and has used this Personality Assessment Method to support her clients.

As HR Advisor, Paulette brings a wealth of knowledge and strong expertise in strategy dev. and implementation inclusive of techniques in rapid organ. growth and staff dev. She also has expertise in tools on the cutting edge, for staff selection, deployment and growth.
